Received her nursing experience as a staff nurse and as the Clinical Nurse Manager of St. Joseph Mercy Hospital’s Medical Intensive Care Unit in Ann Arbor, a 558-bed acute care facility. Was appointed to serve on the Ethical Issues Committee of the American Burn Association for 2006-2007.
